Terms of Service

Last updated: 26 September 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the onlime.ai website and any digital or AI engineering services provided by Onlime (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

We provide digital services including website and application development, SEO, and AI engineering (such as AI agents, automation and product features). The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate written proposal or quote, which — together with these Terms — forms our agreement with you. Where a proposal conflicts with these Terms, the proposal prevails for that engagement.

Quotes & proposals

Prices shown on this website are indicative starting points, not binding offers. A binding quote is provided in writing after we understand your requirements. Usage-based charges for AI services (where applicable) are set out in your proposal, including how ongoing model-usage costs are billed.

Your responsibilities

To deliver our services, we rely on you to:

  • Provide accurate information, content and timely feedback.
  • Hold the necessary rights to any materials you supply to us.
  • Ensure your use of the deliverables complies with applicable laws.

Intellectual property

Unless your proposal states otherwise, on full payment you own the final deliverables we create specifically for you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, know-how and any general components, and grant you a licence to use them as part of your deliverables. We may reference completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

AI-generated outputs

Some deliverables may be produced with the assistance of AI systems and third-party models. AI outputs can be imperfect and may require review. We apply professional judgement and testing, but you are responsible for reviewing deliverables before relying on them, and for how AI features are used once deployed. Third-party AI providers are subject to their own terms.

Payment

Fees, milestones and payment terms are set out in your proposal. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable within the period specified on the invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of work.

Warranties & disclaimers

We provide our services with due care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, and our total liability arising out of or in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees paid by you for that engagement. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Third-party services

Our deliverables may rely on third-party platforms, APIs and hosting. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, pricing changes or terms of those third parties.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
