Privacy Policy

Last updated: 26 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Onlime (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses and protects your personal information when you visit onlime.ai or engage our services.

We are committed to handling personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Where we handle the personal information of individuals in the European Union or United Kingdom, we also aim to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who we are

Onlime is an Australian digital studio. For any privacy matter you can contact us at hello@onlime.ai.

Onlime is operated by Simone Ratti, ABN 29 640 403 851.

Information we collect

We only collect information we need to respond to you and deliver our services. This includes:

  • Contact details you submit through our enquiry form — your name, email address, company (optional) and the details of your project.
  • Correspondence — the content of messages and emails you send us.
  • Technical & usage data — such as pages visited, referring page, browser and device type and approximate location, collected through Google Analytics using cookies.

How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and provide a scope, timeline and quote.
  • Deliver, manage and improve the services you engage us for.
  • Communicate with you about your project or account.
  • Understand how our website is used and improve it.
  • Comply with our legal obligations.

Legal bases (EU/UK visitors)

Where the GDPR applies, we process personal information on the basis of your consent, the performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business, and compliance with legal obligations.

Third parties & service providers

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us operate, and only as needed:

  • Netlify — hosts our website and processes contact-form submissions.
  • Resend — delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox by email.
  • Google Workspace — hosts our business email.
  • Google Analytics — measures how our website is used. Google may process this data outside Australia.
  • Some providers may store data outside Australia. Where they do, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with this policy.

Cookies

We use Google Analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our website. We do not use cookies for advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, to meet legal and accounting requirements, or to resolve disputes. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are periodically deleted.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

You may ask us to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct information that is inaccurate or out of date.
  • Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
  • Withdraw consent or object to certain processing (EU/UK).

Complaints

To exercise any right or make a complaint, email us at hello@onlime.ai. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC), or your local data protection authority if you are in the EU/UK.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
